Earl Park is located in Benton County Indiana USA and the home of a large Wind Farm. There are 87 generators model sl/sle Gen4 GE 1.5mw Wind Turbines. The enormous components for this project are brought to the job-sites on special trucks with escorts. These huge trucks and components can be seen in the images in the gallery below. The main erection crane is so large, another crane is necessary to assemble it! Click on the images for super size viewing.

Earl Park Fall Festival

Since the 1972 Centennial Celebration, Earl Park hosts the Labor Day weekend Fall Festival. The Festival has become widely known for its Free Entertainment including Blue Grass music, Truck & Tractor Pull, Demolition Derby, Parade, Collector Car Show, Softball Tournament, Horseshoe & Wa-shoo tournaments, Pedal Tractor Pull, Mud Volleyball, flea market, and much more. There are daily charity dinners, and a large food vendor area on the SouthWest drive.

The Fall Festival and it's committee members have been monumental in the development of the park facilities and are responsible for many improvements over the years. Funds generated by the yearly festival pour back into the surrounding community in numerous charity sponsorships and civic donations. Festival workers give countless hours of their time, tools, equipment, and sweat to make each festival a success. Rain or shine, these volunteers are always working to make each festival an enjoyable experience for every person who attends.
